Since 1997, OIC Products, LLC dba Haute Decor has been inventing and manufacturing original, innovative and creative products. Located in Texas, USA, we are a family-owned business.

How did we get our start?

In 1996, Jeff set out to design a better stocking holder after his wife wanted to put nails in their mantel to hang Christmas stockings. He wanted a holder that was light, secure, and economical.
